NirvSystem hosted our first ever user conference on September 27, 2018 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. User feedback has always been an important part of improving the registration/onboarding application and holding our first user group session was very exciting. In our session we discussed tips and tricks for using the system, upcoming enhancements, our system roadmap and branding. It provided an opportunity for all of our admin users from hospitals to discuss best practices and provide feedback to our development team. It was a fantastic afternoon. We look forward to hosting our next session in Spring 2019 when new features will be released.
